BONELESS SIRLOIN STEAK OR ROUND STEAK IS DEFINITELY THE MOST EXPENSIVE PORTION OF THE BEEF MEAT.
I love boneless sirloin beef steak because not only that it is the most expensive of the part of beef, it is juicy, succulent, soft and tender to eat!
During our Honey moon in Sweden, my wife and I ordered for a roast pieces of Sirloin steak and chips, runner beans, chips and gravy for our dinner. It was a mouthwatering spectacle when the meal was delivered. But unfortunately when we try to cut the steak, we found that the pieces were bloody!
As quick as foxes, we reported to the waiter that we demand that the steaks be roasted again to remove the blood. "Oh everybody like the bloody or pinkish colour the waiter snapped!" "But We are sorry, we want ours to be well cooked or roasted" we insisted. After a few more minutes of waiting, we received well cooked juicy steaks as we ordered.
There seem to be some people who enjoy eating bloody or pinkish roasts but that is not hygienic. Have such people ever think of the chances of contracting such deadly bacteria like E.coli? Yes, E.coli bacteria from eating such bloody roasts? The way people catch all sorts of diseases these days, it is definitely not advisable to eat such red ,uncooked meat. Such people should be reminded that bacteria like E.coli are deadly and most importantly Antibiotics resistant!
