Chicken curry recipes is a low calorie healthy eating diet for dinner or lunch!

CHICKEN CURRY RECIPES IS ALWAYS AN IDEAL LUNCH OR DINNER MEAL:

People love to eat chicken because as poultry, the meat has low fat and low calories. You can  see that is the reason why  many Fast food industries sell million pieces of  chickens  every day all over the world. KFC ( Kentucky fried chicken) organization first introduced the KFC chicken delicacies to the world in USA.

Now chicken restaurants and Fast foods have reached all corners of the world.The industries are still expanding!Even in our homes, parties and at ceremonies, chicken curry is an essential part of these parties and ceremonies. The Asian people love curries and every chicken they eat must contain curries.  Nigerian  chicken mushroom soup!

The chicken farmers are equally producing chickens of all kinds, shapes and sizes in millions every day! The good thing about chicken is the fact that it goes well with any type of food as well as vegetables.

A few days ago a friend of mine who researches and writes on slimming told me that people can slim or loose weight gracious by just eating chicken, low calorie yoghurt  and vegetables. However, he warned that people should eat chicken without their skins on. Any part of the chicken can be eaten not necessarily the breasts.

RECIPES/PREPARATIONS/INGREDIENTS OF CHICKEN CURRY RECIPES  for 4 PEOPLE AND 4 SERVINGS: 

1..4 lbs of  skinless and boneless chicken

2.. 2lbs of fresh carrots (peeled and sliced)

3.. 1 can of chopped tomatoes or  1lb of chopped fresh tomatoes

4.. 2lbs of runner beans (chopped to size and boiled)

5.. 2 packets of long grain white or brown rice (boiled)

6.. 1 courgettes or garden egg (sliced and boiled for a  few minutes)

7.. 1 large onion (chopped and fried with the chicken pieces

8..  2 tbsp of curry powder

9 .. 4 tbsp of olive oil or vegetable oil.

10.. small quantity of crushed garlic (Optional)

11.. 1 lb of sweet potatoes or parsnip(peeled and boiled)

12.. 1 cup of low calorie yoghurt + mixed herbs, oxo, maggi or knor cubes + salt and pepper.

As usual, cooking is always very easy once the ingredients are boiled or cooked. First fry the chopped onions and chicken in addition to all the other ingredients in the large frying pan for at least between 40-45 minutes.

Add curry powder with hot water and pour  it on the chicken and ingredients in the frying pan and stir continuously for a few minutes. And then stir intermittently. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes until every thing is finely cooked.

You can then serve with boiled rice, parsnip or sweet potatoes and runner beans.  Or you can equally serve with boiled fluted pumpkin leaves or  any other type of vegetables of your choice including broccoli, spinach and Brussels sprouts.

Your  snacks can be slices of pineapples and watermelon. You can now see for yourself that chicken curry can be cooked by you and you cn take credit for that!  Guidelines to healthy eating!
