RECIPES/INGREDIENTS/PREPARATION FOR 4-6 SERVINGS:

1.   4 lbs. of fryer or roasting chicken,( Breasts and thighs) cut up into eating sizes.

2.   3/4 C sour cream

3.   1 T lemon juice

4.   1 t Worcestershire sauce

5.   1 t celery salt + 1/2 t paprika

6.   2 cloves of garlic, chopped finely

7.   1 t of salt + 1/8 t of pepper

 8.   1 C dry bread crumbs  + Aluminum foil

To cook Crispy freezer chicken recipes is easy as long as you have all the necessary ingredients ready and handy.

To start, first, combine sour cream and lemon juice in a small bowl and stir Worcestershire sauce until completely blended.

Then add the celery salt, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic and mix well and place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl or on a plate. Then preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a large baking pan with a non stick cooking spray.

Now dip the chicken pieces into the sour cream mixture and roll in the breadcrumbs.

Place in a single layer in the baking pan and bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is soft and tender and brown.

Let the chicken cool before removing from the pan. Once the chicken has cooled wrap each piece in aluminum foil and freeze up to one month if you wish.

After freezing, or when you want to eat, reheat by preheating the oven to 450 degrees and place each piece of chicken still in the aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes.

Finally, unwrap from the aluminum foil and place back in the oven and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
