Fragaria x ananassa is the scientific name of strawberries. Botanically, strawberry plant is a runner(creeper) and belongs to the family of Rosaceae of the genus: Fragaria.

Ripped strawberries are naturally red, soft, tender; sweet and delicious!They are mostly grown or cultivated in European countries as very important commercial crops.

In short, they grow mostly in temperate regions of the world. Large quantities of strawberries are eaten in London especially during the Wimbledon world tennis tournaments or competitions.
