Eating healthy for less is a reality that can be achieved easily!

Eating healthy should be every body's motto because it carries lots of healthy benefits for example: It lowers your risks of contracting some diseases. It increases your productivity, keeps you young and most importantly, gives you more energy!

Some people may think that eating healthy for less is like starving oneself but it is not! There are other schools of though who feel that eat ing healthy is to eat the most expensive diets in the world but that too is not true! You do not have to eat the most expensive diet like Russian caviar to be healthy.

To be sincere, eating a ton of Russian caviar or any other expensive caviar will not keep you healthy as much as fishes like Salmon, mackerel, tuna; trout or other fishes can give you. These fishes are rich in proteins and by eating them, you get the best nutrients and nourishment which your body needs to be healthy!

How much does all these fishes cost one may ask? In fact, 10lbs of these fishes will not cost as much as a spoonful of caviar yet, they have more health benefits than caviar!

These fruits and vegetables contain lots of Vitamins that are good nourishment to your health. Fruits are full of vitamins which are the building blocks of muscles which is needed for strength to say the least!

There several fruits and vegetables you can buy next to nothing and such fruits are Apples, Watermelons, oranges, Pineapples, Strawberry, Prunes,Tomatoes, mangoes etc.  Organic fruits and vegetables!

And the vegetables are Spinach, broccoli, carrot,  fluted pumpkin leaves;  pumpkins, mushrooms; runner beans,  cabbage  etc.You can as well juice these fruits and vegetables for next to nothing without breaking the bank and get lots of nutrients, all for less!

Apples:  You have always heard that 'an apple a day saves you from going to the doctors'. This is true! An apple fruit is one of the healthiest fruit in the world, yet it cost less to buy. Even drinking the juice as well will keep you healthy for long.

The apple and its juice contain vitamin C which enhances the immune system, also antioxidants that help clean and protect the various systems of the body to say the least!

Tomato and tomato juices:  They are equally rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin A as well as vitamin B-complex. These are essential for developing healthy nerves, immune system, healthy and young-looking skin and also a healthy digestive system etc. Who said you can't eat healthy for less? Now you know you can!

Pineapples and pineapple juices:  Pineapple and its juice contain Bromelian which helps with digestive system. Eating a slice of it after meals will reduce gas, bloating, nausea; constipation and system of irritable bowel syndrome etc.

Carrot and carrot juice:  Both are rich in Vitamin A content. Vitamin A is an essential  element that creates healthy tissues and perfect in helping with your vision.
