EGG FRIED RICE RECIPE IS A UNIVERSAL DIET AS WELL AS A LOVELY, TASTY MEAL!
Egg fried rice recipe is not only easy to cook but it is equally a very delicious, nutritious and tasty meal! I love cooking it. It is less time consuming than cooking rice with stews!
As long as you know how to cook it, you can always entertain your friends with it at weekends and that can save you a lot compared with eating out. In addition, you can add all sorts of ingredients and condiments to it while cooking it.
You can as well eat it with vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, spinach,mushroom,fresh fishes,moi moi,cauliflower to make it a complete healthy meal second to none!
It is a wonderful meal when you cook it by yourself. It is only you who can determine the number of servings and the number of people who will eat it. Economically, it is very cheap compared with taking three of your friends to a Chinese restaurant! If you can master the art of cooking it, you can make it more tasty than the ones you will eat at the Chinese restaurants!

THE RECIPE/INGREDIENTS, PREPARATION AND THE COOKING
INGREDIENTS:
Step one. Boiled long grain brown rice (refrigerated or cooled after boiling. This is necessary to avoid the rice being sticky during frying.
Step Two. 2 eggs
..........2 tsp of vegetable oil
...........2 tsp of Olive oil (Any oil of your choice)
...........4-5 spring onions finely chopped
...........2 sticks of fresh carrot finely grated or shredded
...........100g/4oz of bean sprouts (optional)
............100-200g of defrosted peas
............1/4 of bacon,1/4 of ham finely chopped
............1/2lb of prawns (optional)
............1-3 tsp soy sauce or any sauce of your choice
............Ground white or black pepper and salt
Once you have assembled all the relevant ingredients, the next thing is to prepare for the exciting cooking! First above all, have a frying pan on the stove, then pour the amount of oil already stipulated and allow to heat.
Next step is easy, pour in the 2 eggs already beaten into the frying pan and continue to stir gently. Then pour in the rice, the spring onions, grated carrots, the defrosted peas, ham, bacon, prawns and continue to mix until the rice and these ingredients have been fully blended.
Add the soy sauce, including all kinds of spices and seasonings of your choice as well as salt and pepper and continue to mix until they become of brownish texture. ......Um ..Yummy and mouth-watering! It's time to serve and to eat! It is Easy!
