To begin with, I must tell you why you should be proud to cook and eat a whole chicken in this exotic recipe.

Chicken without skin is a healthy food. It is a rich source of lean protein, healthy lean meat, which is easy to digest and usually the first meat to be introduced into an infant's life.

In addition, it contains cardio protective nutrients. For an example each serving of chicken provides almost a third of your daily requirements of vitamin B6, which is necessary for the health of your cardiovascular system. It is lower in calories and pleasant to eat and have useful tastes just to mention a few.


1.   1 whole chicken ( skin removed,  and washed)

2.   2 celery stalks, chopped + 1 whole onion, chopped

3.   1  bay leaf + 1 T parsley

4.   8 C of water

5.   1 ( 10 oz ) pkg of frozen baby carrots, partially thawed

6.   1 ( 10 oz) pkg of frozen peas, partially thawed

7.   1 ( 6 oz ) can of mushrooms, drained

8.   1 C light cream + 1/4 t of nutmeg

9.   1/4 of celery salt

10.   1/2 C all purpose flour

11.   2 t of salt + 1/8 of pepper

12.   1 pkg ( 2 included) refrigerated pie crust + 4 foil pans (5x1 in)

To make or cook Exotic chicken bowls recipes is easy as long as you have all the ingredients ready and handy.

To start cooking, first, place the water in a large pot over high heat and then add the chicken, celery, onions, parsley; bay leaf and salt and bring to a rapid boil.

Follow up by reducing the heat to low and cover the pot and simmer for 2 hours.

Then, with a fork, find out if the chicken is soft and tender and then allow the chicken to cool in the broth.

Once the chicken has cooled, remove from the broth. Now cut the meat off the chicken bones and strain the broth and reserve 5 C.

Place the chicken, carrots, peass and mushrooms together in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Then place 4 C of reserved broth into a sauce pan and stir in the cream, nutmeg, celery salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

In another small mixing bowl combine the last C of reserved broth and the flour and stir until smooth.

Pour into the boiling mixture and reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes.

Now pour over the chicken mixture and allow to cool completely.

Flour a flat surface and roll out pie crust.

Divide each crust into two parts and place 1/2 of the crust into the bottom a foil pan and fill with chicken mixture.

Now cover the remaining crust and pinch to seal all the way around and wrap in freezer paper. You can freeze for up to one month  or more depending on your choice.

After freezing to eat, bake and preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Then unwrap each bowl and place on a cookie sheet.

Finally, cut a slit in the top of each to vent the steam and bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
