1. 1 whole chicken ( skin removed, and washed)
2. 2 celery stalks, chopped + 1 whole onion, chopped
3. 1 bay leaf + 1 T parsley
4. 8 C of water
5. 1 ( 10 oz ) pkg of frozen baby carrots, partially thawed
6. 1 ( 10 oz) pkg of frozen peas, partially thawed
7. 1 ( 6 oz ) can of mushrooms, drained
8. 1 C light cream + 1/4 t of nutmeg
9. 1/4 of celery salt
10. 1/2 C all purpose flour
11. 2 t of salt + 1/8 of pepper
12. 1 pkg ( 2 included) refrigerated pie crust + 4 foil pans (5x1 in)

To start cooking, first, place the water in a large pot over high heat and then add the chicken, celery, onions, parsley; bay leaf and salt and bring to a rapid boil.

Now cover the remaining crust and pinch to seal all the way around and wrap in freezer paper. You can freeze for up to one month or more depending on your choice.
After freezing to eat, bake and preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Then unwrap each bowl and place on a cookie sheet.
Finally, cut a slit in the top of each to vent the steam and bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
