HOW TO AVOID STRESSING YOURSELF EVERY MORNING IN PREPARING BREAKFAST:
Everybody knows what breakfast is as well as how important it is that we must have breakfast in the morning before we leave for our respective works or even journeys.
Eating breakfast in the mornings are one of the most essential aspects of our lives because breakfasts give us the energy and confidence with which to face our duties without stresses.
People who do not eat breakfasts in the mornings are depriving themselves the good health and fitness breakfast give to its eaters.
There are some people who drink just a cup of tea or coffee in the mornings as their breakfast but we are not talking about such people because making coffee or tea does not take much time.
These breakfast ideas I'm going to recommend in this article are not only time saving but equally money saving. They will also teach you how you can use what you have in your home or those you might buy to help you avoid stressing and struggling every mornings in cooking or making breakfast.
1. HEALTHY BREAKFAST SANDWICHES:
In this, you can avoid loads of stresses by preparing or making your break fast dishes, meals or sandwiches every evening (overnight) and keep them in the fridge to be eaten the following morning.
In case of sandwiches, you can choose whatever fillings you like from cheese, ham, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, chicken, turkey, fishes etc.
Once you decide on the type of breakfast meal you want, you can make or cook it and wrap it securely and put them in the container. You don't have to stress yourself in the morning. All you have to do is to pick up the container and put it in your bag and off you go.
This will save you from spending your hard earned cash at Fast food restaurants. More importantly, you are eating a healthy meal cooked or made by you!
2. HEALTHY YOGURT:
Yogurt is very healthy.You have assorted fruits in many of them or make.You know the type you want, it could be strawbeery, peaches, pineapple, oranges, mangoes; or even plain yogurts including dried fruits. You can store them in the frigde and every morning you take one or two you have and put them in you bag with any other food item you may wish or like.
You can make some yogurts by yourself for you and for your family.You should know that cutting up fruit on top of your yogurt adds carbohydrates to fuel you for the morning in addition to the calcium and protein in the yogurt itself.
3. BREAKFAST SHAKE:
This is even quicker and can be ingested while driving to work without taking your eyes off the road or both hands of the wheel. All you have to do is to put together some of your favourite frozen fruits, ice cubes, frozen yogurt, and unsweetened juice in the blender.Then pour into a styrofoam cups to keep it cool and cold.
In that case, everyone can grab a cup on the way out the door. The nutritional effect is as the same as yogurts you buy from the supermarkets. There is an added pride that the stuff was made by you and I, bet you it will be a healthy eating yogurt.
4. A HEALTHY PIECE OF CASSEROLE:
You know how hectic it can be in the morning to make full breakfast of eggs, bacon, coffee, or tea and including toast to mention a few. It will not be a problem if it si during the week ends, Saturdays and Sundays!
Depending on the size of your family, you can buy some chicken, turkey meat, lamb or goat meat and make a healthy casserole in which every one can cut a size and put in his or her container and fly out of the house knowing very well that they would not eat or see any junk food at least for three or four days depending on the size of the casserole.
5. PIGS IN A BLANKET:
This is the homemade version. All you have to do is to whip up a batch of pancakes and freeze them in short stacks of three. A package or two of frozen link sausage is needed to create this quick and economical meal idea. Simply, thaw out a stack of pancakes.
Then heat up three sausages in the microwave. Then wrap a pancake around each sausage "Bravo!" You have got an instant pig in a blanket.
Eat it as you watch the last of your favourite morning show or as you walk to the bus stop.
It can equally be eaten in the car without too much fuss or mess. For sweeter taste and less mess, add a little maple syrup or honey to the batter when making the pancake.
Akara balls: If you live in Nigeria, Akara balls can be frozen for up to one month and can easily be eaten any time with bread for breakfast without any fuss.
You can think out other ways you can achieve all these. At least, you can't make any excuses for skipping breakfast or swinging into the Fast food restaurants for junk foods.You can see anybody can eat a healthy cheap breakfast but doesn't need to be made that morning. It is healthy to eat bananas in the mornings including assorted fruits and vegetables. Organic fruits and vegetables!
