Glass jar granola recipes is a vegetarian healthy eating diet with honey!

What this literally means in vegetarian food consumption phrases is that  for any  diet to have any meaning,it must include must  some essential plant foods such as fruits and vegetables to mention a few.

In this meal for example, the ingredients include raisins, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and honey.

RECIPES/INGREDIENTS/PREPARATION:

1.   1/2 C Canola oil

2.   1/2 C honey +1 T of cinnamon

3.   6 C old fashioned oats

4.   1/3  C of bran +1/2 t of salt

5.   1 1/2 C unsweetened coconut

6.   1/3 C of toasted wheat germ

7.   1/4 C of sunflower seeds

8.   !/4 C of sesame seeds

9.   2 C chopped walnuts

10.   1 1/3 raisins

Now to start making Glass jar granola recipes, first, place the oil and honey together in a large sauce pan or kettle.

Place the mixture on low heat and stir until combined. Don't let the mixture come to a boil.

Place the oats, bran, wheat germ, coconut, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and walnuts into the mixture and stir well in coat.

Now add the salt and cinnamon and stir until well blended.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place 1/3 of the granola on a large cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes.

Continue bakinganother 10 minutes but be sure to toss the granola in this last 10 minutes a couple of times to be sure it is cooked all the way through.

Watch out, when done, the cooked granola in a !/3 batch at a time like above.

Place the cooked granola in a large bowl and fold in the raisins and allow to cool completely before storing in glass jars. The granola must be cooled if not, it will become too soft from the moisture.
