Grand American pot roast is a juicy succulent healthy and delicious beef meal!


This is an exorbitant and juicy, delicious week end beef meal for those who have expensive tastes and  enjoy eating the best on Sunday afternoons.

This recipe is generously  fortified with delicious treats  from specially selected ingredients.To be sincere, the dish has a rich deep-seated blend of flavor that make it irresistible among people who enjoy healthy good meals.

Grand American pot roast meal is easy to cook once the ingredients are ready and handy. The preparation time is approximately 15 minutes while the baking time is about  50 -55 minutes. However, it is safe to predict that the meal will be ready for serving and eating within 1 hour.

The ingredients in this meal is excellent but you can remove any of the ingredients you and your family don't like and substitute them with your favorites. It should however, be noted that the thinner the slice of the roast, the tenderer it will be.

In this case, you must be sure to select or choose a good quality roast for tenderness and flavor. Sirloin beef steak are always noted for tenderness and mouthwatering flavours to mention a few qualities.

Be careful not to over cook or allow to burn. You will get the first smell of the  cooked dish aroma at that junction, remove it to avoid overcooking.


1.   2lbs. of boneless sirloin beef (chuck roast)

2.   4 large potatoes, halved lengthwise and cut into !/2 in slices)

3.   3 C of frozen pearl onions

4.   10-15 fresh button mushrooms, sliced thick

5.   3 C of frozen green beans

6.   2 C of whole of baby carrots

7.   2 T of Worcestershire sauce

8.   2/3 C of beef broth + 6 T of tomato paste

9.   1 t of salt, divided +1/2 t of pepper, divided

To start cooking and baking of Grand American pot roast, first, allow the oven to preheat to 450 degrees and spray the bottom, sides and lid of a cast iron Dutch oven with a non stick cooking spray.

Then place the onions and potatoes into the pan and sprinkle half of the salt and pepper over the top. Follow up by placing the meat over the vegetables and sprinkle with the remaining salt and pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together the tomato paste, beef broth and the Worcestershire sauce until well blended.

Now pour half of the mixture over the top of the meat in the pan and layer the carrots, green beans and mushrooms over the meat.

Finally, pour the remaining sauce over the top of the vegetables and cover and bake for 50 minutes or until the meat is well done and the vegetables are soft and tender. These are the steps taken to cook and bake Grand American pot roast.
