RECIPES/INGREDIENTS/PREPARATION FOR 12 SERVINGS:
1. 1lb of red seedless grapes
2. 1lb of green seedless grapes
3. 4 C of broccoli florets
4. 2 C of cauliflower florets
5. 8 sticks of carrots washed, and cut into slices
6. 2 C of frozen peas, thawed
7. 4 celery ribs, cut into slices
8. 1 onion sliced or finely chopped
9. 1 C of mayonnaise
10. 1/2 C of milk, +1 T of sugar
11. 2 T of vinegar + 1/2 C of sunflower seeds
Preparation time: approximately 20 minutes
Chill time: approximately 1 hour
Total Time: approximately 1hour 20 minutes
To start with, toss together the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas; celery and onion into a large salad bowl.
Then, gently fold the grapes in with with the vegetables.
In a separate bowl, whisk until the mayonnaise, milk and vinegar together. Then add sugar and whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
Now pour the sauce over the salad and stir gently to coat.
