Frankly speaking, any food that will stop you from being overweight or obese is regarded as healthy food! "Being overweight, increases your risk of almost everything!"

To start the ball rolling, you must first above every thing choose FRESH....FRESH...FRESH VEGETABLES! Yes, from today, start eating fresh fluted pumpkin (ugu) leaves, spinach, broccoli, any many other vegetables LIKE ASPARAGUS, BANANAS,AND APPLES!
Eat fresh fishes, large quantities, beans and including beans extracts like moi moi; akara because they are rich in fibre and protein. They are light especially when you combine them with various combination of vegetables like runner beans,mushrooms,water leaves, water cress etc.
Eat raw carrots,eat natural honey and avoid fatty foods and snacks such as cream cakes, biscuits, Nkwobi, ngwongwo and isiewu especially when they are cooked with palm oils. Avoiding the bad foods, have the tendency of reducing your overweight and bad cholesterol as well.
