1..2-4 eggs ( depending on the number of people that will eat the pancakes and the number of servings you may decide.
2..1/2 C sugar
3..2 1/2 C milk
4..1/3 C canola oil
5..1/2 wheat flour
6..4 t baking powder
7..1/4 t salt
8..1 T of vanilla
You must include enough of all purpose flour to thicken batter to your liking and add wax paper and freezer bags.

To begin with, place the milk, eggs, oil and vanilla into a large mixing bowl.
Whisk until just blended together and then add the sugar and salt.The salt must be small quantity not as the quantity of sugar.
Beat until smooth and the add the wheat flour and baking powder. Once again, beat until smooth.
Add just enough all purpose flour to thicken batter to your liking.
Heat a griddle over medium high heat.
Make sure the griddle is hot enough when a drop of water is on the griddle. Pour about 1/2C batter onto hot griddle.

Place another piece of wax paper on top of the pancake and then another pancake and continue until all the pancakes are used alternating with wax paper and pancakes.
Finally place into a freezer bag and freeze up to 6 months.
