1.   2 lbs. of pork tenderloin

2.   1/2 C of honey

3.   3 C of frozen  cut green beans

4.   6 carrot sticks, peeled, washed and sliced into coins

5.   10 small new potatoes  + 1/2 t ground cloves

6.   1 t ground cinnamon

7.   1 t ground ginger

8.   6 T Dijon mustard

9.   1/2 t salt + 1 t of pepper

The cooking of Honey ginger pork dinner is so easy once you have the ingredients ready and handy.

To start, first, set the oven temperature to 450 degrees and allow the oven to preheat.

Then spray a cast iron Dutch oven well with a non stick cooking spray.

Now place the meat into the pan and season the meat with the salt and pepper.

Now, place the honey into a small  mixing bowl and then whisk in the mustard, ginger, cinnamon and cloves until well blended.

Pour the mixture over the top of the meat and place the potatoes into the pan.

Finally, add the carrots and green beans and cover the pan and bake for 45 minutes or until the pork is completely cooked through.

You can use this as a side dish or full main course meal. Some suggested foods to add to this meal will include rice, and more vegetables such as Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms,and spinach, including Fluted pumpkin leaves.

To wash the great meal down, a glass or two of any fresh fruit juice of your like as well as red wine could be ideal.
