Lemon hot pepper shrimp is a perfect Christmas opening appetizer!

CHRISTMAS HAS MAGIC MOMENTS SECOND TO NO OTHER EVENT IN  THE WORLD!

This is a Christmas buffet recipe.  No buffet is completely without the appetizers.These shrimp will make the perfect opening to your Christmas dinner. Serve in the sauce with a slotted spoon and lemon slices on the side.

Christmas is a time to conjure up amazing recipes even the ones no body has ever tried before.

This buffet can make 12 servings. Preparation time can be approximately 15 minutes while cooking time would be about 45-50 minutes. Total time may be about 1 hour 10 minutes.

RECIPES/ INGREDIENTS/ PREPARATION :

1.     1 lb butter

2.     3 fresh lemons (sliced)

3.     3lbs shrimps ( uncooked in shells

4.     1/2 tbsp of hot pepper sauce

5.     2 cloves of garlic, ( crushed or minced)

6.     2 T of Worcestershire sauce

7.     3 T of pepper + salt

To start with, set the oven temperature to 375 and preheat. then place the butter into a large saucepan and place on stove with medium heat. Allow the butter to be completely melted and add the  lemon slices.

Stir in the pepper, salt and garlic and pour in the Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce and blend in well.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and  allow to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring intermittently.

Now lay the shrimps into the bottom of a large roasting pan and pour the simmered sauce over the shrimps.

You have now to bake for 20 minutes or until the shrimps turn pink. Thats all about making lemon hot pepper shrimp for Christmas buffet. Eat home made lunch!
