Since I wrote my first article on Nigerian restaurants, some of my readers have suggested that I should add the contact addresses of the restaurants and bars here in UK and especially in London.

It was a tedious work to do. When I started researching for them, I ate at Obalende Suya spot in Dalston. Of course, my family and I have on several times eaten at this restaurant. My son also had his birthday celebration at the joint too.

I visited about 10 other restaurants and ate their delicious meals. I know what I'm talking about since I have done a kind of random sampling of their meals. The great thing about these Nigerian restaurants is the fact that they serve original Nigerian diets-mouth-watering and finger-licking!.

Since I specialise on healthy eating diets, I always 'open my eyes well, well' before I place an order for the kind of dish I want. You too have a choice and you can do this by going through the menu more than twice.

However, some of the dishes can be very expensive indeed but then,one Nigerian adage says, "Good soup na moni makam!" That literally means that If you want the best from the restaurants and bars, you have to pay for it!
