Peppermint angel cake recipes is an ideal vegetarian home made cake!

PEPPERMINT ANGEL CAKE RECIPES IS A DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY TREAT MADE WITH SPECIALLY SELECTED INGREDIENTS.

This angel cake is much favoured by weight-watchers and vegetarians. It is very easy to make. The preparation time is about 15 minutes while the baking and cooking is between 40-45 minutes. However it is safe to predict that the entire cooking, and serving will be about 50 minutes.

RECIPES/INGREDIENTS/PREPARATION AND 4-6 SERVINGS:

1.   4  pints of peppermint ice cream, slightly soft.

2.   1 (15 oz) pkg Angel Food Cake Mix

3.   3/4 C chopped pecans

Aluminum foil +Freezer wrap

To make Peppermint angel cake recipes is easy to make once you have all the ingredients ready and handy.

To start, first, mix the cake batter together as directed on the package.

Then pour the batter into an un-greased 10 in tube pan and preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Follow up by baking the cake on the lowest oven shelf for 35 minutes.

The top should spring back when touched when cake is done. Invert pan right away and allow the cake to cool for about 1 hour.

Then remove the cake and cut lengthwise into three sections and place the ice cream into a large mixing bowl.

Now add the cookies and pecans and mix together well.

Place the ice cream mixture back in the freezer for about 5 minutes and place one section of the cake on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to cover the entire cake when completed.

Now remove ice cream and spread 1/3 of the mixture over the top of the cake and add another section of the cake. Spread another 1/3 of the ice cream mixture and place the last section of the cake on top.

Now finish with the rest of the ice cream and cover tightly with the aluminum foil and place in the freezer for 2 hours.

Remove from the freezer and wrap in the freezer wrap if not serving immediately. This peppermint angel cake recipes can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Finally, to serve, remove from the freezer and unwrap and allow to set for about 10-15 minutes,and then slice and serve.  Rum pudding muffin cakes are one of the exotic vegetarian dishes!
