I'm forced to ask this question... what is happening to Nigerian Nollywood stars, what type of foods do they eat, do they know that they are now progressively becoming obese? My questions continues, do they ever take regular physical exercises, eat light food and watch their respective weights?

Eating the right light but small quantity of quality healthy foods can help them to avoid obesity.The days average Nigerian husbands seem to be proud of their hefty, larger than life room and parlour wives or girl friends are gone and gone for good! Now modern husbands go for slim fit, cute and energetic wives and girl friends.

RECIPES/ PREPARATION/ INGREDIENTS OF COOKING PRAWN VEGETABLE STIR FRY DISH FOR 4 PEOPLE AND 4 SERVINGS:
1.. 4 packets of cooked and peeled tiger prawns
2.. 4 packets of cooked plain noodles
3.. 4 packets of stir fry vegetables
4.. 1 large sweet pepper (chopped) + ground fresh chilli pepper
5.. 1 level tbsp sweet chilli sauce
6..10mls of dark soy sauce
7.. 1 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped or crushed (optional)
8.. fresh ground black pepper + salt to taste
9.. 4 tbsp of red wine vinegar + 1 maggi or oxo cubes
10.. 4 tbsp of veg. or olive oil
As I have always found, once you assemble all the ingredients, the cooking is always very easy. After cooking, you can add vegetables and rice or noodles to serve.
The first step is to steam or boil the noodles for a minute or two. Then with the non-stick frying pan on the fire and being heated,put all the ingredients into the pan including the types of pepper and stir fry for a few minutes.
Finally, add the the peeled tiger prawns and stir fry for 2-5 minutes and allow the heat to go through. You should make sure that all the ingredients are totally heated and piping hot. You can then serve with noodles or with boiled rice.That is all it takes to cook a prawn vegetable stir fry dish. Enjoy yourself! Oriental dishes in Nigeria!
