Your kid may not buy a plate of rice at Fast foods restaurants like McDonald, Pizza hut, or K.F.C, but this will definitely not be cheaper than £3.00. If you have 3 children at school or at college, calculate how much your children would be spending a day for lunch. Let's say (£9x5=£45). That is Monday to Friday!

You and your kids don't need to buy water no matter how cheap they are.Most of the bottled water you drink are not better than the tap water in your home.
4. THERE IS A NECESSITY FOR ICE PACKS ESPECIALLY DURING SUMMER TO KEEP YOUR LUNCH FROM SPOILING:
These insulated bags can be very handy, economical and cheap to buy. But most importantly, will help you to preserve and protect your sandwiches, yogurt, meat, chicken or any other kind of food you wish to carry along with you.
5. AVOID VENDING MACHINES CHOCOLATE BARS, CANDIES OR GO CHIPS AND KETCHUP WRAPS:
As much as possible,refrain from buying all these as above. They are not all that healthy eating. A home made cake, buns or puff puff, chin chin and buns if you are a Nigerian will save you a lot and also give you most of the nourishment you may need.
