Shrimps pasta stew recipes is a delicious healthy homemade dish!

SHRIMPS ARE TINY PRAWN-LIKE CREATURES WHICH ARE  MEMBERS OF THE SEA FOODS:

Shrimps are look alike of prawns.In fact they look the same to any body who is not used to eating sea foods. To make things confusing it is incredible to note that what we call prawns are known as shrimps by the Americans.

Like all sea foods, they are delicious to eat on their own or with butter, with vegetables, salad or with stew.They are always eaten after they have been peeled although there are some people who eat the stuff without peeling them.

Raw seafood will definitely give this dish a stronger flavor than precooked seafood. However precooked seafood will work just as well as raw and will not ruin your meal. Shrimps pasta stew recipes is a nutritious meal.

The preparation time is about 15 minutes while baking time is approximately 45 minutes. The meal is expected to be ready to be served after or within one hour.

RECIPES/INGREDIENTS/PREPARATION FOR 4 SERVINGS:

1.   25 shrimps, peeled

2.   2 C rotini pasta

3.   2/3 of water + 1 t of olive oil

4.   1/2lb sea scallops

5.   1/2 t of salt + 1/4 of pepper

6.   1 small onion, diced

7.   6 garlic cloves, crushed

8.   1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into strips

9.   1 yellow bell pepper cored, seeded and cut into strips

10.   4 fresh tomatoes, chopped

11. 1 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices

12.   2 celery stalks, sliced thin

As long as you get the ingredients ready and handy, the next thing to do is to follow the recipes or formula diligently.

To start, first, adjust the oven temperature to 450 degrees and spray a Dutch oven pan with cooking spray.

The next thing, is to dump the pasta into the bottom of the pan and pour the water over the pasta, stir to coat and spread the pasta into an even layer.

Now spread the shrimps and scallops over the top of the pasta and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Follow up with placing the onion and garlic over the seafood then layer both types of bell peppers over the top.

Now, spread the chopped tomatoes over the peppers and layer the zucchini slices over the tomatoes.

Finally, scatter the celery over the entire top being sure it covers the top completely and then, cover the pan and bake for 45 minutes or until the pasta is soft and tender.
