MEAT LOAF IS VERY EASY TO MAKE ONCE YOU KNOW THE RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
The making of meat loaf is very easy indeed once you know the ingredients and the recipes.
WHAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO MAKE THE DELICACY:
1. 2 eggs
2. 1 lb of boneless meat (lamb,beef or pork- type of meat of your choice).
3. 1 C of fresh milk (semi-skimmed or whole fat)
4. 2 lbs ground chuck
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. Aluminum foil
7. 1/2 C of soft bread crumbs
first start with beating the eggs and milk together in a large mixing bowl.
Then follow up with adding of the bread crumbs, salt,and pepper and blend together to mix well.
Now place the ground chuck in with the milk mixture, mix well and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper(sparingly).
Now use your hands to mix making sure that all the ingredients are combined and blended together. Then, place a piece of aluminum foil in a 9x9 inch pan.
Make sure that the aluminum foil comes about 6 inches over the edges of the pan and form meat mixture into the pan.
Pull the aluminum foil over the top of the meat and seal well.
Now remove from the pan and freeze for up to 2 months.
To heat, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9x9 inch baking pan slightly with a non-stick cooking spray.
Then unwrap the meat loaf and place in the pan and bake for 1 hour, thirty minutes or until set.
