To be sincere, I have only tried this recipe twice and I enjoyed it. But then, I preferred the drinking the fresh tomato juices because it has a lot of health benefits.
I know tomato juice is rich in vitamin C and vitamin A as well as vitamin B complex. In fact, these are the essential for developing healthy nerves,immune system, healthy and young-looking skin, and healthy digestive system among others.
In addition, tomato juice is a popular cancer-fighting vegetable, drinking a healthy fresh juice from it will equally help to protect and feed you with valuable nutrients.
Yummy hot tomato juice might not only keep you warm on a cold winter day but will surely sustain you from cancer and other diseases since it has vitamins C and A.
1. 1 can of tomato juice (64 oz)
2. 1/2 C margarine or butter
3. 1/2 t of Worcestershire sauce
Follow up with pouring the tomato juice into a large pan.
Add the butter and the Worcestershire sauce and bring to a rapid boil over high heat.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
After drinking, you can place the left overs or remainder in the freezer containers and freeze up to one month.
To reheat, remove the juice from the freeze container by running over some warm water.
Then cover the bottom only of a large saucepan with water.
