HOW CAN ANYONE DEPRIVE HIMSELF OF SOME OF THE GREATEST NATURAL GIFTS THE GOOD LORD IN HIS INFINITE MERCY GAVE US TO ENJOY AND TO ENABLE US TO BE HEALTHY, FIT AND LIVE LONG!

We do not always realize the importance of what we have until we loose it! Many of us are ignorant of the multitudes of blessings The Good Lord gave us for the maintenance of our healths! Why are we so ignorant not to see that nearly all the fruits God gave us have secret healing powers!

The plants,the herbs,roots,and leaves too have their secret healing powers hidden in them! It is a pity that only a few of us have the wisdom and intelligence to tap these wealth of healing powers!

Many of us take eating these natural gifts such as oranges,figs, apples; plums,bananas,mangoes and paw paw to mention a few for granted.We forget the saying that "An apple a day saves you from going to the doctor!" Yes, it is a pity that we do not realize that these fruits are medicinal and God intended us to eat them to prevent and cure some of our illness!

I can vividly remember one of my personal experiences. some years ago, I had some sort of bad tummy trouble. My stomach seemed bloated and giving out some distressing aches and pains. I went through many tests but the doctors couldn't find anything!

It became so bad that the doctors have to check me for ulcer and Bowel cancer. But after several investigations, they couldn't find anything serious. The worst was that I lost appetite for eating. Even when I eat, I will feel the urge to vomit it.

This went on for over 8 depressing months! Then something happened when I went shopping.I saw this fresh plums and I was instantly attracted to buy 1lb of it.Being human, I couldn't wait to wash it before eating them on the spot so I ran my fingers over one and ate it.

A few minutes later, I ate another.I enjoyed eating them especially the hard half ripped ones. After 30 minutes, for the first time in 8 months I felt hungry! Before 6pm, that day, I ate all and could you believe it that I slept like a baby that night! The following day I went and bought 2lbs of the plums and ate all and that was how I got my cure!
