You can believe me that it has been a difficult couple of years for everyone with the on going recession, challenges including the devastating effects of the "Euro" in Europe, revolution in the Middle East; the destruction of NHS by the Conservative and Lib-Dem coalition government in UK, the destructive theatre of cruelty and attack unleashed on Nigeria by the Muslim extremist Burka Harram!

With all these occupying our thought patterns, staying healthy should be our utmost priority! By that, I mean every person should look after himself as well as his family! We have to survive and to survive, we have to eat well, live well and sleep and breathe in fresh air!

You know, life has no carbon copy! You only live once and not twice!

One of the recent discoveries of my life during my researching for healthy eating diets and recipes is now centred on "Juices and Juicing" Like many people all over the world, we never ever regarded 'juices and juicing' as anything of great significance in the theatre of good health, fitness and long life!

You can not believe what I have discovered. You will be amazed, surprised, messmerised and flabbergasted when you learn from this article how important juices and juicing are to our health.

The art of juicing have been known and practised throughout the ages even by the primitive cave animal and fruit hunters.

WHAT IS JUICING ONE MAY ASK?

Juicing literally means the art of squeezing, or extracting juices from fresh fruits and raw vegetables. This can be done with crude instruments as our fore fathers did years gone by! Today, we have several readily available juice extractors or instruments such as liquidizers, grinders,bought and sold in many shops all over the world.

Permit me to say that some of the wonders I have discovered about juicing are the facts that various juices extracted from fresh fruits and vegetables can not only give us vitality, youthfulness but good health, happiness and fitness and long life!

Juicing is wonderful because you can obtain large quantities of nutrients such as vitamins and minerals from the fruits and vegetables. Most importantly, these essential nutrients are easily absorbable by our body.In addition, these fresh fruit and vegetable juices, when drank are very helpful not only in preventing and curing a lot of diseases in a natural way but spontaneously lead to enjoyable, disease free happy healthy long life!

HOW DO YOU EXTRACT THE JUICES?

The answer is simple! Let say you want to extract the juice from pineapple, apple and oranges, all you have to do first is to wash them, then peel and wash them again. You can equally do what is called detoxing.

The purpose of detoxing is to remove any probable toxins. You know that majority of the food we eat today including fruits and vegetables are processed foods that means that they are packed full of chemical toxin- pesticides on fruits and vegetables and hormones in our poultry and preservatives in bread as example.

"What most people don't realise is that chemical toxins end up in your liver and may deteriorate its functions, one of which is to metabolise fat". As a result of this you have to wash off these chemical toxins and then peel off the skins before extracting the juices.

It is simple and easy depending on what instrument you are using. You have to cut the fruits into small pieces if you have to liquidize them. Filter the juice and remove the segments which can equally be eatable as roughage. You can put the fresh juice into the fridge, you can add lemon juice, ice cubes but make sure you are drinking the fresh concentrated juice for your healthy eating! THE GREATEST OF ALL THE WONDERS ARE FOUND IN THE POTENT POWERS OF THE JUICES AS RELIABLE NOURISHMENT, AS WELL AS IN RELIEVING; CURING, HEALING, AND PREVENTION OF MANY DISEASES!
