CHANGING YOUR LIFESTYLE IS VERY IMPORTANT IN OUR LIVES BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT HELPS ONE TO LIVE HEALTHY, FIT AND LONG!

The word 'Change' is not only dreaded but hated by so many people. The truth is that people find it difficult to change their habits such as drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, tobacco, or cigars.

Those who indulge in taking dangerous drugs such as marijuana, heroine, LSD; cocaine etc. are always reluctant to give up such habits.

You will be surprised to hear an average smoker swearing that he would never give up smoking no matter how harmful or dangerous it may affect his health.

To change ones lifestyle literally means doing new things and abandoning the old habits or previous way of life. Change is life! Change makes one prominent,uplifts and brings successes at any given profession. Those who are afraid to change their lifestyle very often are left behind!

Today, we live on the air, call it internet or whatever name you chose. The money is now in the internet, and so are innumerable professions, milt-billion industries and billions of Dollars and pound sterling including, Euro, Yen etc.If you want money or paid employment, you have to be computer literate.

If you are afraid to change from using typewriter to computer, then your chances of financial survival is very remote. Abandon the typewriter and head for computer knowledge. This is changing your lifestyle to progress in life. Change equally means progress! CHANGE LIFESTYLE MAY EQUALLY MEAN GIVING UP DANGEROUS AND BAD EATING HABITS AND TURN TO HEALTHY EATING HABITS.

Overweight or Obesity is now an epidemic! But the fact is that they can be avoided. Change your lifestyle of eating biscuits, sugary doughnuts, cream cakes; sugary chocolate cakes to eating healthy foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, eggs, fresh fishes which contain food nutrients such as protein, minerals and fibre that are not harmful to your body.
