Chicken Jenary

2 Cloves Garlic
1 Green chilli (chopped)
1 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Marjoram
Spring of Thyme
Salt/pepper to season
1/2 Lemon Juice squeezed
Oil
4 Chicken Breast
4 Large Tomatoes
1 finely Chopped Onions
Method:
Mix together garlic, chilli,turmeric, marjoram, thyme, salt, lemon juice, and small oil in a bowl.
Cut slits in chicken, and rub the mixtures on the chicken and leave to marinate for a few hours.
Heat remaining oil in a pan, add tomatoes, onions and fry for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are reduced to a pulp.
Remove from pan
In the same pan fry the marinated chicken for 15 minutes, then add the tomato sauce with a little water and allow to simmer, making sure it properly cooked.
serve with white rice.
