VEGETABLE SOUPS ARE ONE OF THE EASIEST AND HEALTHY EATING SOUP RECIPES.

RECIPE:

1...Small quantity of fresh spinach or fluted pumpkin (ugu) leaves (Shredded or cut into small pieces)

2...2-3 sticks of carrots,1/4lb of cauliflower

3...2 tomatoes (peeled and cut into small cubes)

4...2 fresh tomatoes (cut into pieces)

5...1/2lb of spring onions (cut into pieces)

6...1 oxo or,nor or magi cubes, salt and pepper

7...1 spf of veg.oil

To cook, wash the vegetables thoroughly, add all the ingredients into the pot with at least 2-3 cups of water and stir as often as possible. Cook all for 10-15 minutes and allow to simmer for 5 minutes and you have an easy soup recipes cooked fresh by yourself! Healthy soup recipes
