EAT HEART HEALTHY DESCRIBES SEVERAL WAYS YOU CAN PROTECT YOUR HEART AND AVOID HEART DISEASES!

Like all the articles I have written in this website, I think protecting your heart is of the greatest importance! You can keep it healthy by eating the right diets and taking protective and preventive measures which I'm going to reveal to you in this article.

PROTECT YOUR HEART BY WALKING, JOGGING,JUMPING UP AND DOWN!

Your heart is very important and very precious! The first thing you have to do to protect your heart and keep it healthy is very easy. Can you walk, jog, dance and jump up and down? If you can do all these, then you are half way to a healthy heart!

Walking is one of those precious exercises you can comfortably do to maintain and retain a healthy heart. Playing football, netball, squash, tennis ball; badminton are a few ways to keep your heart crisp and healthy!

In England here, there are 'Walking' clubs called 'Ramblers club' They enjoy walking especially at weekends. They have many members, and you too can join such club because their activities are very healthy and beneficial. If you live in Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, anywhere in the third world country, find friends of likely minds and form such club for your healthy benefits.

EATING HEALTHY:

Eating the right type of food can go a long way to protect your heart! A healthy heart, and keeping it healthy should be one of the greatest ambition any living being should aim at. You know, when the heart is gone, everything else goes with it!

Starting with the right diet to eat, you should aim to eat fruits as well as vegetables! It is as simple as that. There are hundreds of assorted fruits and vegetables in every country of the world. All you need to do to help your heart and keep it healthy is just eat at least five portions of these fruits and vegetables every day or at least five times a week. Is this a difficult thing to do?

In addition, eat diets rich in protein,and fibre like fresh fishes, beans,eggs; lean meat, poultry like chicken, duck, turkey and guinea fowls. Eat wholegrain and high fibre diets such as bread,rice, pasta,potatoes, yam; lentils,and oats. Eat fresh and dried fruits such as apples, plum, mangoes,oranges, tangerine, grapes; grape fruits etc.

Lower your cholesterol by eating vegetables like Brussels sprouts, lentils,spinach, Brazil nuts,walnuts etc

LIMIT YOUR ALCOHOL INTAKE AND CHECK YOUR WEIGHT REGULARLY:

Nobody forbids you from drinking alcohol but if you can avoid it and save your heart, it will worth a lot more to you! You must limit your alcohol intake at all cost and save your heart and life. Excessive drinking can damage the heart, the muscles as well as cause obesity, high blood pressure,stroke;, cancer and other multiple diseases.

You must try to check your weight as frequently as you can. You are likely to develop heart diseases if you are overweight or obese. You must also cut down the quantity of salt you eat everyday. You can cut down your risk of heart disease if you cut down your daily salt intake.

STOP SMOKING AND AVOID DEPRESSION AND STRESS!

You need not be told how harmful smoking is to you and your heart. You can't have a healthy heart as long as you continue to smoke!

Smokers are more likely to have heart attacks than non-smokers.Think about lung, throat and breast cancers. You can avoid them as well as safeguard your heart by stopping smoking!

Avoid stresses and depressions. Scientific studies show that stress can affect our heart and increase the risk of heart disease.

Use yoga exercises to trim yourself and your wellness because yoga exercises can help you clear your head, and refresh your breathing! Relax! Relaxation exercises can do a lot to your heart and wellness.

Hereditary: Check in your family if any of the members have had heart diseases such as heart attacks in the past. If there is such history, you have to be very careful and talk to your medical practitioner or GP.

Eat well, have sufficient exercises and keep your heart healthy for such is the essence of life! Healthy eating diet advice
