Fish Pie

Ingredients:
Fish Pie Mix
50g Butter
200ml Milk
75g Cheese
70g Peas
1Tbsp corn flour
600g Potatoes
Breadcrumbs
Method:
Place Fish on the bottom of the oven tray.
boil potatoes, mash add milk, butter and salt to the mash.
Make cheeses sauce, heat butter,milk,cornflour,seasoning and cheese, stir until thick.
Put boiled peas on top of the fish, pour cheese sauce on top of the fish and peas.
Then add Mashed potatoes on top spreading evenly.
add bread crumbs on top of the mash and sprinkle with cheese.
place in the oven and bake until golden.
Serve with salad.
Definitely, this is a delicious and mouth-watering fish pie for at least 4 members of the family or friends. This is equally a low calorie dish especially when eaten with vegetables like carrots, runner beans, broccoli, spinach and Brussels sprouts. Try this for healthy eating!
