HEALTHY EATING FRUITS INCLUDES NUTS, FRESH AND DRIED FRUITS AND THESES ARE ALL SUPER FOR WEIGHT LOSS!

It sounds unbelievable but it is true that people who are afraid of obesity can turn to fruits and nuts and with little meal per a day not only eat well and healthy but equally loose weight! Nobody should underrate the importance of achieving fitness, good health and long life by eating just fruits and nuts!

Stressing the importance of eating fruits, majority of people will think that it is only fresh fruits that have beneficial nutritional values as compared with dried fruits. But this is not true! Dried fruits equally have very wonderful nutritional values as much as fresh fruits.

For weight loss, eat as many fruits as possible both fresh and dried everyday. You can add any meal or vegetables of your choice; drink sufficient water, and juice as well as regular exercises per day, you will not only keep fit,and loose weight but have good health.

Olive, Raspberries, Paw Paw, Papaya

Satsumas, Strawberry

Tangerines.

Brazil nuts, Hazel nuts, walnuts

Peanuts, Groundnuts,

Palm nuts, Macadamia,

Cashew nuts etc.

Eating nuts are equally essential to our wellness. They promote and form a very important part in healthy eating. As, I write this, the first nut that comes into my mind is Brazil nut. Brazil nuts have health,nutritional and medicinal values second to none! There are several nuts that can be found in many countries of the world. You can find as many as possible in your country or country of residence and add them to this rather short list.
