JUICES FOR DIABETES ARE NOT ONLY EFFECTIVE IN CONTROLLING AND STABILIZING DIABETES BUT GIVE WONDERFUL RELIEF TO SUFFERERS.

Some years ago, drinking juices while suffering from diabetes was tabooed. The sufferers were wrongly advised not to take or drink any juice but as of today, many scientific researches have found that drinking certain fruit juices can give lots of relief to diabetics.

It is really a wonderful and reliable discovery! Controlling and stablising the disease are some of the most exciting findings. The beauty of the findings are the fact that a diabetic can indulge in drinking a healthy nutritious and delicious fresh fruits and vegetables juices at any given moment of his time night or day! The hypoglycemic compounds in bitter gourd is highly beneficial in lowering sugar levels in blood and urine and is believed to promote glucose tolerance and to control levels of insulin"

CURRY LEAF JUICE: Taking curry leaf juice under empty stomach is believed to remedy diabetes related to heredity.

POMEGRANATE JUICE: This one of the most important of all major fruit juices. The juice have high antioxidant and are extremely not only valuable but effective decreasing the chance of atherosclerosis which is the hardening of the arteries and hence reduce the risk of coronary complications associated with diabetes.

TOMATO JUICE: Tomato juice are low in carbohydrates and help to control the glucose level in the urine.

AMLA JUICE OR INDIAN GOOSEBERRY JUICE: Amla is said to possess rich antioxidant content and equally rich in Vitamin C and helpful in keeping diabetes under control.

STRING BEAN JUICE: String beans juice are rich in potassium and is helpful in restoring pancreatic health.

OTHER JUICES THAT ARE VERY HELPFUL IN CONTROLLING DIABETES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Lemon, Carrot, Kiwi; Fig, Cabbage, Spinach, Radish and Garlic juices.

You have the freedom to make your juice the way it suits you but make sure you drink in moderation. You can mix two or three juices but make sure they are hygienically extracted. It is always advisable to drink the juices concentrated. Do not add water unless you deem it necessary.
