JUICES HEALTHY EYES

JUICES FOR HEALTHY EYES ARE VERY ESSENTIAL IN MAINTAINING AND KEEPING OUR EYESIGHT PROTECTED AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT.

Taking proper care of our eyes should be at our mind at any given moment because blindness can be an awful situation to cope with. Having regular eye test is very important especially for people in the Western or civilized world.

In United Kingdom, regular eye tests are conducted at least every year or every two years.This regular have contributed to many people having good eyesight even after 70-90 years. Unfortunately, this type of privilege is not extended to people who live the third world countries including Nigeria.

There are millions of people who are blind or about to go blind in the third world countries because they can not afford to pay for the eye medical tests in the third world countries.

Their blindness or bad eyesight are always as a result of lifestyle, harsh weather, dust, and drinking of bad water and ignorance. If these millions who have gone blind or about to go are given frequent tests and if all things are equal, as done in the Western world their eye sights would be saved. Unfortunately, all things are not equal!

However, modern scientific researches have given us hope especially in finding out that fruit juices can do a lot to relieve as well as save most peoples eyes by keeping them healthy.

FRUIT JUICES THAT HELP TO MAINTAIN HEALTHY EYES:

CARROT JUICE: Fruit juices provide health benefits and carrot juice for example has potent powers to give those who drink it healthy eyes. The reason is because, the juice contain lots of Vitamin A which offers powerful nourishment to the eyes.

Vitamin A is an essential element that creates healthy tissues and is perfect in helping with vision. In addition, it contains other types of vitamins such as potassium which keeps the cells in the body well-hydrated.

A healthy juice made from carrot deliver enough supply of vitamin A that the body requires every day. Although carrot and spinach possesses almost the same level of Vitamin A, carrot still stands out as the choice for most people.

MANGO JUICE: Mango juice provides an excellent source of vitamin A from beta-carotene's and nourishes the eyes.

DANDELION JUICE:

Dandelion juice are rich in potassium, iron, sodium and magnesium. They equally provide nourishment to the optic nerves.

PAPAYA JUICE: Papaya juice is rich in vitamin C and is an antioxidant that helps reduce the risk of age-related muscular degeneration (AMD) and the forming of cataracts.

WATER CRESS JUICE: Water cress is full of vitamin A and beta-carotene which is needed for healthy eyes.

BLUEBERRY JUICE: Blueberries are powerful anti-oxidants and help maintain healthy eyes and vision and prevent (AMD)

PARSLEY JUICE: Parsley juice is very effective in preventing eye diseases such as cataracts and eye conjunctivitis.

KALE JUICE; Kale juice is very effective and super rich in vitamin A and the juice has the tendency to nourish the eyes too.

SPINACH JUICE: Spinach juice is an excellent source of vitamin A which is super beneficial for the eyes.

CANTALOUPE JUICE: Cantaloupe juice are excellent source of of vitamin A and reduces the risk of developing cataracts and protects your vision.

The above named juices are from fruits and vegetables and are very effective in maintaining healthy eyes.

Juicing is a very simple thing to do to keep your eyes healthy and protect it at the same time. You need not be told how important your eyes are! Make sure the fruits and vegetables you are going to juice are fresh . Do your best to drink all the juice you extracted in one day. Let there be no leftovers put in the fridge. Happy juicing!
