Juices healthy skin are normally extracted from fruits!



It is a fact that all human beings are born with smooth healthy skins but as they grow into adult and into manhood or womanhood, some of these smooth and healthy skins drastically under go some changes.

These changes may be as a result of or lack of adequate nutrients in the body. Our body need not only right food but balanced diets and nutrients in the form of Vitamins to nourish as well as to keep it healthy.

Once the smooth and and healthy skin fail to have the right nutrients, it may be subjected to attack of allergies, which may be in form of acne, dry skin,eczema; pimples, bumps, scabies and many other types of rough conditions and diseases of the skin. The face is always more vulnerable!

In respect to an article I read, it states: " Our skin has dramatic effect on our appearance". To keep it looking great, we need to especially consume foods, fruits, nuts,and vegetables which can supply various Vitamins such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Copper and Zinc. These vitamins help to maintain healthy skin.

It is a fact that Vitamin C found in citrus fruits, is great for collagen formation-the protein that helps to keep our skin looking young. Vitamin E found in many fruits, nuts, vegetables and their juices are vital for keeping the skin elastic. JUICES FOR HEALTHY SKIN ARE NATURALLY FROM SOME EXOTIC FRESH FRUITS AND RAW VEGETABLES SUCH AS THE ONES BELOW:

APPLE JUICE: Apple is definitely one of the healthiest fruits in existence. Both the apple and its juice contain Vitamins C which enhances the immune system as well as antioxidants that help clean and protect the various systems of the body.

A glass of fresh apple juice every day will not only help you to maintain healthy skin but will also help protect your brain from Alzheimer's disease, cancer and diabetes.

CARROT JUICE: Carrot juice is very rich in vitamin A content. Vitamin A is an essential element that creates healthy tissues and perfect in helping with your skin and vision.

Carrot juice also contains other wonderful vitamins such as potassium which keeps the cells in the body well-hydrated and maintain healthy skin.

POMEGRANATE JUICE: Pomegranate juice is excellent for healthy skin and prevents anemia.Pomegranate juice contains powerful antioxidants and it is rich in polyphenols such as tannins and anyhocyanins.This helps to to protect the brain against oxidative stress which can lead to Alzheimer's disease.

Other Fruits and vegetable juices that can help maintain healthy skin include ones from Parsley, Spinach, Cucumber and Capsicum.

A good juicing machine is needed to extract juices from these fruits and raw vegetables. A grinder may be OK but a good juicing machine is not only a good investment but will help you to get the rich benefits in juicing! Carry on juicing!
