"VITAMINS FOR EYES" IS AN ARTICLE TO SHOW YOU MOST OF THE VITAMINS THAT ARE HELPFUL FOR YOUR GOOD EYESIGHT AS WELL AS HELP YOU TO GAIN ALL ROUND GOOD HEALTH.

To be sincere, it took me many years to realise the importance of vitamins and what they do to the body and where they come from. I never bothered, until I read an article in a magazine ab out the usefulness of Vitamin E and Vitamin D which helps us to maintain healthy bones.

Even after reading about these two vitamins,it still took me many years before I started to take them. I once remembered when the late lady of letters, my friend Dame Barbra Cartland personally lectured me on the importance of vitamins.

She personally told me that these vitamins do work and they help to promote fitness and good health. She boasted that some vitamins give her tremendous energy to write. This was about 1977/8 and as that time, she had written about 200 novels.

Many Americans for example, can never do without Vitamin tablets or capsules. Their appetite for vitamins are huge perhaps greater than that of many other nationalities of the world!

Some schools of thoughts are of the opinion that vitamin intake can be addictive while others state that everything taken in moderation can never be addictive.

HEALTHY BALANCED DIET AND VARIOUS FRUITS AND VEGETABLES PROVIDE DIFFERENT TYPES OF VITAMINS FOR OUR DAILY USE.

For sparkling good eyesight, we need the services of Vitamin A! It is true that vitamin A is very useful for our good health and especially for our healthy and bright eyesight.

Vitamin A can be obtained by eating fruits and vegetables like Carrot, liver, fish oils and dairy produce.Tomato juice for example have super vitamins such as Vitamin A, C, as well as B complex.

Vitamin C and E, are obtained from eating oranges,apples including all yellow and green fruits and vegetables. Vitamin C and E are found in Nuts like Brazil nuts, Citrus fruits, green vegetables like spinach, Brussels sprouts, and a host of many seeds.

Many of these fruits and their juices equally provide various vitamins. Such fruits and their juices especially from pomegranate, and Blueberry are known to provide antioxidants which are supposed to protect our bodies inside and outside as well as our eyes.

For good eyes and superb eyesight,don't hesitate to eat apples, tomatoes, citrus fruits, spinach, carrots, kiwi blackcurrants and blueberries and including their juices. They contain wonderful vitamins that can protect not only your eyes but for nearly all parts of your body.
